Shipping
All items are made to order and will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of purchase. Standard shipping occurs via USPS priority mail or UPS ground. All items are securely packaged utilizing as many reused/recycled materials as possible. Packaging materials may include recycled newspaper, paper bags, cardboard, and bubble wrap. We attempt to keep the environment in mind and limit the use of plastic bubble wrap as much as possible. Please note, we do not provide gift wrap options.
We package and ship our items with security, stability, and the environment in mind so that your product will arrive safely and in one piece to its intended destination.
Returns
Items that are received damaged or broken must be reported to Salted Earth Ceramics within 7 business days of delivery date to receive a full refund. A photo of the damaged or broken items must be provided. If you are dissatisfied with your product purchase, notify Salted Earth Ceramics within 7 business days of delivery date to return or exchange product. Buyer is responsible for purchase of the return label. Purchase cancellations are not accepted.
